Hot of its wildly successful inaugural year, the Industry Connect Virtual Pipeline Expo Returns 21st – 22nd May 2019 with the theme of Emerging Technologies and a focus on pipeline construction
The Industry Connect Expo is a two-day virtual trade show dedicated to connecting businesses in the oil and gas industry – and exhibitor registration is limited to just 100 companies. But it’s not just the exclusive exhibitor list that makes the Industry Connect different than other trade shows, it’s the fact that the entire event takes place in the digital space.
During Industry Connect, everything is done virtually. Industry Connect’s virtual platform is a digital meeting of for the industry’s leading minds. Considered Canada’s first virtual oil and gas expo, Industry Connect was designed with the attendee in mind. On the day of the event, attendees simply use their phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer to log in to the virtual show where exhibitors will be “waiting” in their virtual booths.
“Our inaugural virtual event in May 2018, with Shell as a leading sponsor, was a roaring success that brought in over 2,000 industry attendees from across North America and the globe,” said Industry Connect co-creator and CEO, Kelsey Hepples. “Our next event in 2019 will be much more interactive and will be themed Emerging Technologies and the Future of Oil and Gas with a focus on Pipeline Construction. Our virtual platform means you can exhibit or attend with no travel, no hotel, no hidden costs, no hassle!
“We understand that it is becoming increasingly more difficult to dedicate time to attending the many industry trade shows that take place throughout western Canada and around the globe. Through Industry Connect, attendees will be able to connect with exhibitors in real-time from anywhere in the world with a click of a button. Attendees can view and download exhibitors informational documents and stream our Speaker Series which will give access to talks and discussion from industry leaders.
“The response from the industry has been overwhelming and we are so excited to continue serving the industry with our virtual platform, uniting oil and gas professionals across Canada and the globe.”
Oil and gas experts are invited to exhibit and showcase their latest products, services, and technologies while networking with other industry experts and attending educational seminars during Industry Connect 2019.
All exhibitors will receive a virtual booth space that is branded and customised; live text, audio, group, and one-on-one chat options; option to host industry webinars; a digital swag bag; extensive analytic and lead generation tools; support for up to 30 days after the show; custom reporting; full technical support; and more.
“Industry Connect is the ultimate opportunity to reinforce and increase your company's brand visibility and products with conference delegates and attendees. Our sponsorships are affordable and offer our exhibitors brand visibility unparalleled by any other show because our digital reach expands beyond what traditional can shows offer,” says Hepples.
To increase the value of what they are offering, Industry Connect is limiting its exhibitor capacity to just 100 exhibitors. The idea behind this is to allow more time for attendees to spend with each of the exhibitors.
“Our virtual event will remain limited to just 100 exhibitors to maximise your visibility,” says Hepples. “Interested companies are encouraged to contact the Industry Connect team to be placed on our bookings priority list. Early Bird Savings Start 1st August. Our last event sold out! Do not wait to book your virtual booth.”
In addition to the interactive, virtual exhibit space, Industry Connect has planned dozens of webinars for attendees. The company is currently looking for guest speakers to showcase their expertise through keynote presentations. To find out more, visit www.industryconnect.ca/en/
